The Jordan River system is one of the most iconic and contested river systems in world. once “mighty Jordan”, which has served as primary source water for populations several countries, currently a severely denuded system, with only fraction its historic flow. Several initiatives, however, aim to restore some basin’s flows. This paper will provide historical overview analysis trajectory from being supplier desiccated shadow former glory.
